Brain Teasers

See if you can solve these (sort-of) real life problems.

You put a coin in a a bottle, then cork it. How do you get the coin out without breaking the bottle or taking out the cork?

You have two coins. Together, they make 55 cents. One of them is not a nickel. What are the two coins?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Solution 1: Push the cork all the way into the bottle, then shake the coin out.

Solution 2: One of the coins is a half-dollar. The other is a nickel. (Remember that only one is not a nickel.)

Here's a riddle 4u!

You took off the outside, then cooked the inside. Then you ate the outside, and threw away the inside. What did you eat?

No sooner spoken than broken. What is it?

Throw me off the tallest building, and I will not break. Throw me in the ocean, and I will. What am I?

Thin I am fast, thick I am slow, wind is my foe. What am I?

What do men love more than life, fear more than death or a battle, the poor have it, the rich require it, the contented desire it, and all men will take it to their graves?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer 1: Corn on the cob.
Answer 2: Silence or a secret.
Answer 3: A tissue.
Answer 4: A candle.
Answer 5: Nothing.

Latest Lizard Looks!

Wow, a purple lizard! How crazy is that? I don't know if that is its real color, or if the camera did something weird. You have to admit, you've probably never seen anything like it. A new anole trend! ( For those of you that don't know what anole means, it is simply the name of this particular lizard.) I've seen all kinds of lizards, but never one with this kind of style!
